VSM Medtech Delists Shares from TSX
Vancouver, British Columbia, October 17:
VSM MedTech Ltd.
(the “Company”), announces that effective October 17, 2006, its common
shares have been delisted from the TSX at the Company’s request. Given
the Company’s significant historic losses, management has determined
that the ongoing cost of maintaining the Company’s listing is no longer
justified.
The Company’s
shares will remain quoted on the Pink Sheets in the United States under
the ticker symbol “VSMMF”,
which will offer the Company’s shareholders a form of continued
liquidity.
